Cement Powders
Life Specialty Coatings cementitious products are formulated for high PSI applications and blended with a variety of silica sand and proprietary additives.
LD-1 (Gray, Base) is used typically for waterproofing systems & base coats.
LD-2 (White, Smooth) is used typically for smooth finishes, bright or light-colored staining, & texture.
LD-3 (Gray, Texture) is used typically for texturing in a standard knock-down finish.
LD-5 (Light Gray, Fine) is generally used for grout lines, staining dark colors, decorative overlays, texturing, or broom finish systems

LD-10 (Gray, Sloping/Patching) is used typically for sloping, deck repairs, and creating proper water runoff. LD-10 is a dry polymer meaning it only requires water to blend with.
A-501 (White, Super Smooth) is a micro cement used typically to create a"glass-like" smooth finish. This is perfect for loft living, decorative overlays, countertops, and more. A-501 can be applied in interior or exterior applications for residential or commercial applications and can be pigmented desired color.
Concrete Finishing Options
The Smooth, Broom and Knock-Down textured concrete decorative overlay systems are cost-effective, cementitious and acrylic system formulated to cover existing concrete surfaces. These systems can change old concrete into a lightly textured finish that can be decorated with stains or protected with a sealer.
Cement Modifiers
LD-81
LD-81 is a high solids acrylic-polymer modifier that will give increased strength, flexibility and adhesion to most cement based products. LD-81 makes the cement product more waterproof, more stain resistant and will extend its life.
LD-1589
LD-1589 is an acrylic resin designed to absorb into the fiberglass matting and adhere to the substrate or primer coat in the“MC” Waterproofing System and the “FM System”, for waterproofing concrete and plywood decks.
Stampable Overlay
Stampable Overlay is a one-component polymer-modified cementitious overlay. When applied with color, stains, and sealers, Stampable Overlay can produce a decorative paving finish that can resemble stones, bricks, wood and more. Typically applied at a 1/4" inch, Life Specialty Coating's LD-6 is for both interior and exterior use. This can be utilized in new construction and the rejuvenation of the old.
Spray Deck
Spray Deck is a high strength polymer modified cement based overlay designed to be spray applied and knocked down providing a durable and colorful slip resistant architectural coating. Spray deck is an easy to use just add water system. It is available in a white base, or can be colored on site using tint packs. When applied to a properly prepared substrate, Spray Deck provides a long lasting topping that is cool under foot and easy to clean.
Smooth Microtopping
Microtopping is an ultra-thin concrete topping that can transform structurally sound substrates into colorful surfaces that have great visual results, while delivering exceptional abrasion resistance. Microtoppings can create surfaces with solid color, variegation, marbleized hues and various textures.

ConDecor's ReCoat is a polymer-modified, Portland cement based economical coating designed to re-coat and enhance porous concrete, brick, tile or other hard surfaces. When applied to a properly prepared surface, ReCoat provides a thin durable and wear-resistant decorative finish.
Carvable Overlay
Carveable Limestone Overlay is a unique one-component overlay that recreates the look and beauty of natural stone. The special blend of natural quarried crushed limestone, cement, polymer and other proprietary additives combine to make a product that is easy to trowel and texture.
Self-Leveling Overlay
Our self-leveling overlay is a calcium-aluminate-based, quick-setting, self-leveling underlayment and topping. It is specially formulated for the resurfacing and construction of interior horizontal surfaces as a high-compressive-strength underlayment with maximum resistance to wheel tracking and indentations.
